Who we are
This website is operated by Cross Valley Investments LLC, doing business as Cross Valley Homes (“Cross Valley Homes,” “we,” “us”), a Design + Build firm for custom homes in Louisville, Kentucky. You can reach us at info@crossvalleyhomes.com or 502-300-5772.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the ZIP code where you plan to build, when you would like to begin, the consent you give on our form (we record the wording and version you agreed to, and when), and any optional details you add (an optional note on the form, and, on the page after you submit, whether you have a design professional, who should join the first conversation, best times to call, and approximate home size). Please do not put sensitive information in the note. The note is sent to us with your request and is not kept in your browser or shared with advertising platforms.
- Information collected automatically: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, the page that referred you, and advertising click identifiers and campaign tags (for example, a Google or Meta click ID) that come with the link you clicked.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we and our advertising and analytics providers may use cookies and browser storage. We keep advertising click identifiers and campaign tags in your browser for up to 90 days so that an inquiry can be connected to the advertisement that led to it. After you send an inquiry, the confirmation page keeps your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and, if you chose one, your answer about when you would like to begin, in your browser’s session storage for up to 30 minutes so it can show them back to you; it is then removed.

- To respond to your request and arrange a private conversation about your plans.
- To contact you by phone, text message and email about your inquiry, as described below.
- To measure and improve our advertising and this website.
- To keep our systems secure, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with the law.
Calls, texts and email
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Cross Valley Homes may call and text you at the phone number you provide, and email you, about your inquiry, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Our Terms & Conditions set out the text-message terms. You can also tell us by email or phone to stop contacting you, and we will honor your request promptly.
Advertising and measurement
We use advertising and measurement tools from companies such as Google and Meta. When you send an inquiry, our tags and servers may send them: your email address, phone number and name (scrambled, or “hashed,” before they leave our systems); your IP address and browser details; the advertising click identifiers described above; and the fact that an inquiry took place. We use this to understand which advertisements lead to inquiries and to show our advertising to relevant audiences. We do not send them your ZIP code or the answers you give about your project. Those companies handle the information under their own privacy policies. You can manage ad personalization in your Google Ads Settings and your Meta ad preferences, and you can limit tracking with your browser or device settings.
Who receives information
Your inquiry is stored in our customer-management system. We share information with service providers that help us run this website, store and manage inquiries, send calls, texts and email, measure advertising, and host our systems, and with the advertising platforms described above. If we turn on a spam-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile), Cloudflare receives your browser details to run it when you start filling in the form. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, property or safety.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage our relationship with you, and as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@crossvalleyhomes.com or calling 502-300-5772. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version and date at the top show when it was last updated.
